Code30 is a software engineering company that provides consulting services and develops ELARA, an enterprise runtime platform. This policy describes how we handle personal data collected through our website at code30.io.

• White paper download: Your email address, submitted when you request the ELARA white paper.
• Contact form: Your name, email address, company (optional), subject, and message.

We do not use tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or advertising cookies. We do not purchase data from third parties.

• To deliver the white paper you requested.
• To respond to your inquiry submitted through the contact form.
• To send occasional updates about ELARA, only if you have provided your email through the white paper form. You can opt out at any time by contacting us.

Where Your Data Is Stored

• Email subscriptions are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a globally distributed key-value store operated by Cloudflare, Inc.
• Contact form messages are delivered via Resend, a transactional email service, to our team inbox. We do not store form submissions beyond email delivery.

Data Retention

We retain your email address until you ask us to delete it. Contact form messages are retained in our email inbox for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. You can request deletion at any time.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for future communications.

Cookies

This website does not set first-party cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set minimal functional cookies required for security and performance (such as bot detection). These are not used for tracking or advertising purposes.
